Two Minds

Howdy folks, I got up a little early today, confirmed paid emails, checked emails, and one that gave me interest to listen to is this free online video called Tapping World Summit—Bruce Lipton. The topic discusses on how to develop the power within us. In his discussion, he expounded on the difference between the subconscious mind and the conscious mind and that’s what I want to share in this post.

There are two parts that the mind is completely different in one another BUT they work together—Thinking Mind and Player Mind. Now, what’s the difference with these two minds? Our conscious mind is a creative mind. It is connected to our personal identity. It is the one that make us all different from one another, the one that makes us all unique. The subconscious mind is like a tape player. It records experiences and plays it back just like an information processor.

Do you believe that the subconscious mind is million times powerful than the conscious mind? I learned from the lecturer that in a day by day basis, the subconscious mind runs our biology about 95% to 99% of the time. As I mentioned earlier, the subconscious mind is like a tape player, meaning it has programmed in it. The programmed can be good or bad. The program we got is the source of the problem. But the programmed we got can be changed. Our conscious mind and subconscious mind should work in tandem. Start the positive thoughts. The positive thinking is a creative thought that comes from our conscious mind. Don’t let our subconscious mind contradicts it. So when our subconscious mind starts recording the experience, it is getting a good program as well.
